To redesign and elevate key areas of the platform experience, making complex data and cloud infrastructure tools more accessible, intuitive, and user-friendly for enterprise users.
THE CHALLENGE
The platform contained highly technical information and workflows that could feel overwhelming for users unfamiliar with complex cloud and data environments. Another challenge was improving usability without oversimplifying tools relied on by experienced enterprise users. Maintaining consistency across multiple product areas and aligning stakeholders with different priorities also played a major role.
