To establish and scale a global design system that could support hundreds of digital products, brands, and teams across Bayer. The objective was to create a single source of truth for design and development, improving consistency, accessibility, efficiency, and collaboration while enabling teams to build high-quality digital experiences faster and more effectively.
[THE CHALLENGE]
A key challenge was helping align multiple teams around a single design vision while working across such a large-scale ecosystem. I overcame this by improving communication, presenting clearer design rationale, and building strong collaborative relationships with both designers and developers.
